SMH are looking for a dual team member to provide support for our growing Commercial Finance and Mortgages Divisions.
The administrator will be responsible for assisting both the commercial finance broker and the residential mortgages team across two offices.
- Submitting applications on behalf of borrowers and intermediaries to lenders
- Review / assess and accurately record necessary documentation in the lending process, ensuring data integrity.
- Provide support to the Brokers including answering telephone calls and dealing with correspondence via email etc.
- Managing client and external relationship pipelines
- Dealing with any inbound queries and keeping Lenders and borrowers up to date with the progress of their applications.
- General administration such as preparing letters to clients
- Diary and appointment management
- 1-2 years mortgage or commercial broker administration experience.
- Eager to learn and develop professional experience
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Understanding of industry compliance rules and regulations
- Outstanding communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
